Been going here since opening. I've tried majority of their drinks. My favorite is the blush and jade. Blush is a strawberry milk tea with strawberry heart jelly. Really refreshing and tasty. The jade is a honeydew and lychee flavor green tea with lychee jelly and basil seeds. It's a unique flavor I think and not much other boba spot has it. Their gram brûlée is also popular. It's a milk tea with gram crackers on top. It's more on the sweeter side but it's still tasty. Service is ok. They can be a little rude or impatient sometimes. But overall it's ok. Definitely needs some improvement. Ambiance inside is dark with neon lights. Plenty of seat inside and outside. Clean place.

Cute Girls that work the cashier. 1st time trying the Green Pandan. I really like it, and the sweetness of it. Just the craving for sweetness I like. I highly recommend it!

Walked in and immediately felt like a mini nightclub vibe with plenty of seating. I also noticed their hours and how they are open until midnight so this place must be the spot for a late night boba run. Place was clean and service was quick. You can either order at the cashier or self-serve kiosk. The menu has a good amount of drinks with different flavors and variety of toppings of your choice. I got the GTA drink and an Ark-nado drink for my dad. We were both pretty satisfied with our drinks!

Great dark lit club ambience, comfortable seating with lots of the room and table space, good music and friendly staff and the tea is all tasty. Gets a little crowded at night due to a smallish size of building

I ordered on the self-order kiosk and appreciated that they had photos of each drink on there! I got the Two to Mango with boba 75% sweet but it was still pretty sweet so I would try 50% next time. This is a great place for late night boba. It's also nice that they decorated inside for the holidays!

I guess this is the place to be at night. We ordered online bc we were tired and just wanted to pick up. We arrived at 10:30pmish it was busy! But what was interesting it looked like a bar or club from outside, we both were curious and eventhough we were tired, we both got off the car. They have the LED lights on, no ceiling lights on. The girls are super cute, quick and friendly. Lounge type seating. It was a cool vibe. Lots of young adults having healthy fun on a Saturday night. We were extremely thirsty after shopping so we wanted something refreshing. My son had "Kiwi to my heart", oolong green tea with kiwi and strawberries. He says it was a little sweet although he did 75% sweet. It was good either way! Refreshing for sure!! I had "life's a peach" it hit the spot! Refreshing, tasty, I only did 25% sweet and it was PERFECT! The mint leaves gave it that freshness that made it perfect! Will be back.

Came for the grand opening and I previously came during their soft opening. I'd previously been to their south location but it had been awhile. When I saw this location opened up and they were doing a 50% off during their soft and grand opening, I decided I needed to give it another try. It's located in a smallish strip mall, along with a Cajun seafood place. Parking wasn't an issue and I think they had a few dedicated spots right in front. They have two kiosks, right by the door, where you can order and pay. With the great discount, I was expecting a line. While there were people inside, no lines. I hope they are getting enough business and are around for a bit/ Their menu with drink descriptions and top drinks is posted on large screens/TVs on the wall. I ended up ordering 4 drinks during their soft opening, but since it was 50% off, I was basically paying for 2. Haha. A lot of their drinks include toppings, which is nice, as you don't have to pay extra for them. I got the Pink Volcano, RPM, Life's a Peach, and Melon Rouge. The latter three of fruit teas, so I was able to customize the ice and sugar levels. The pink volcano is a blended drink, so not customize-able, and no toppings included. I didn't think I would like it that much but was pleasantly surprised. It was a good amount of sweet and had a decent amount of strawberry flavor. Very refreshing. I think I thought it was milk tea, but it's more like a blended smoothie type drink. The fruit teas were yummy - not super distinguishable between all of them. Semi sweet, based on my pick of sweetness level and great if you want a fruit tea. For the grand opening, I only got two drinks this time - the ghost dragon and two to mango. These were slightly better than my first time here. The mango drink actually had a great distinct mango flavor. I like the pea tea in the ghost dragon - two different colored layered liquids. Haha. I've also tried different topping - boba, jelly, aloe vera and they're all pretty solid. Some drinks already come with toppings so that's a bonus.

Tried Tisane for the first time couple weeks ago. Will definitely say if I'm in the area late night I will be visiting this Tisane again. The ambiance was really cool, they had nice lights inside and big mirrors around the indoor sitting area. Definitely gave off club vibes. The service was really good, the bobarista gave out very good beverage recommendations. The drinks of course were just alright. I definitely had better at other locations. I overall give this business a 4/5 star review. It's the not the best tasting milk tea shop I have tried this year but I would say the vibes and the social space of this business was the great. Will definitely be back whenever I am in San Jose and craving a milk tea late nights.

I got the Two to Mango drink and I really liked it! 25% sweetness was perfect for me. It was a jasmine tea with yellow mango puree along with mango jelly stars. The mango jelly stars were chewy and unique which was a nice change from the usual boba topping. I loved the ambience inside with the purple lights and this place is perfect if you're craving boba late night.
